A new era: The Evolution of the XCB Token
This is a time of great change for CryptoBirds. Following our recent acquisition by the Tutellus Group, we are embarking on a future of innovation and growth.
As we embark on this new path, we are excited to share with you some new developments that will mark a new chapter in our history and provide unique opportunities for our community.
Transition
The acquisition of CryptoBirds by Tutellus Group was a process that required a thorough review and adaptation of our structure and business model.
These profound changes had to be defined internally and agreed with the Tutellus team before any information could be shared with certainty and clarity.
New Horizons, New Token
During this transition period, one of the most critical issues was the direction of our XCB token. We have been working diligently with the Tutellus team to define the evolution of our token, which brings us to some incredibly special news…
We are pleased to finally announce that the XCB token will evolve by merging with Tutellus’ TUT token, which currently has a capitalization of $1,346,119, into a promising new token to be launched by Tutellus Group that will add the current features of both tokens and many new features.
Introducing the New Tutellus Group Token
In a first for our community, we are pleased to announce that the Tutellus Group will be launching a new token. This token will not only capture the value of all Tutellus Group companies, but will also include a number of features designed to increase its liquidity and utility.
At this time, the specific details we can provide are limited as the official announcement has yet to be made. However, we can assure you that this evolution will be an incredible opportunity for current XCB holders, who will receive a token with much greater liquidity and functionality.
When will the new token be released?
The new token is expected to be released in the second quarter of 2024. To facilitate the transition, a snapshot will be taken of XCB holders, allowing them to exchange their XCB tokens for the new token at a ratio of 9.76 XCB to 1 (this parity is derived from the ratio of the market capitalization of XCB to TUT).
We will soon provide more details about the new token, including when the snapshot will be taken and how the exchange process will work.
New XCB Staking
While waiting for the release of the new token, we will start a new XCB staking where we will distribute a total of 960,000 XCB in rewards for 60 days.
As usual, there will be 5 staking pools and the rewards will be distributed according to the level of each user represented by their NFT.
Looking to the future
The new token is just the first step in this new phase, we have many more things planned for the coming months:
