The incident was caused by an external contributor who, in an act of bad faith, sold a significant amount of XCB tokens. This caused a sharp drop in their value, contrary to our agreements and expectations.

It is important to clarify that no CryptoBirds wallet was compromised and we can assure that all the tokens held by this person were sold on PancakeSwap, so there should be no major consequences.

Immediate actions

Our team, showing strong commitment, acted immediately to mitigate the impact of this incident.

We were able to buy back a large amount of XCB tokens, stabilizing their price at levels similar to the previous days.

This effort reflects our determination to protect the interests of our community and the value of our token.

Future actions

We have taken immediate steps to minimize the damage and prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.

We are implementing stricter security protocols and improving our external collaboration processes to ensure maximum protection of our ecosystem.
